The Passion for Tango Society presents their third summer tango arts festival, unique in Western Canada.
Heat up your sumemr with three days of scintillating performance of tango, from the classic era to Nuevo, jazz style and cultural variations.
On Saturday August 7 enjoy a day of free outdoor concerts and a Market Place selling fair trade goods, ethnic food. Non-profit societies will provide all ages entertainment, with the headline act the Adrian Laies Trio brom Buenos Aires, a three-time Latin Grammy nominee.
The fascinating history of tango is revealed in workshops and lectures for audiences and professional artists.
